This only happens when I visit my sister in NYC, and if she saw it happen to me (or her), she'd probably deck the guy! I can't say this has happened to me. At least not unintentionally by a stranger which is how people seem to be interpreting the question. Deliberately on the other hand I have been groped, touched and much more on both buses and trains.
