Hiyas

Sometimes I feel like there are to many psycho-mumbo-jumbo theories about everything, but a while back I read a researcher's theories on what makes for attractiveness to others. There was an interesting one (rather obvious when I did think about it) that he cited as one of the most powerful, that did strike a chord with me.... paradox.

Like, the obvious one is women attracted to "rough diamonds". A bit rough, strong, yet gentle.
Or for guys I guess one is the "bespectacled librarian", kind of shy, demure, in a very sedate job, yet distinctly sexy.

I'm curious how many of people could identify with this idea, either in powerful fantasy types, or in who you tend to go for in RL, perhaps even yoru RL partner.

Cheers
I do find myself attracted to men that are "rough Diamonds". My problem begins when they forget that I'm the #1 person they should be kind to.
I'm really attracted to guys that play (or really are) hard to get. It just makes me want them even more.
i like really strong Alpha types.

not the stereo typical Alpha male who's really an insecure dick underneath. i mean a man that is used to challenges and used to beating them. a guy who is naturally in charge, who super smart and completely confident in his abilities.

not that im picky or anything ;)
I used to be attracted to the hard to get ones but after to many "failed" relationships that changed. I decided to be the "hard to get" one & boy has that worked better for me!!
Seduction isn't making someone do what they don't want to do. Seduction is enticing someone into doing what they secretly want to do already!
Good question.

I've always had a soft spot for the smart intelligent type. I guess the librarian image could do, however, I prefer the power suited leggy lawyer/executive. So outwardly uptight and in control yet a (submissive) freak in the bed (or wherever) and yet able to hold long meaningful intelligent conversations when I'm not trying to get in her pants.

Hmmm, and yes, that does describe my real life partner.
