It never did that too me, I wasn't brave enough to have both done, and I can honestly say the one that I did get done is now more sensitive than the other
And bra's are fine, for the first 2weeks or so I just wore a very loose fitting type of sports bra.

I was doing taekwondo when I got mine, I got kicked on my chest, and it HURT through chest protection gear, honestly, protect that nipple when its through. Horse-riding was really bad when I had to jump anything above 1.3 because everything started to extend and pull tight
However its worth it in the end, it looks really sexy.
