Generally it was the Hyatt or something equal. Not the Motel 6. However, when traveling along the interstate, beggars can't really be choosers. We have however passed on an exit due to the way places look. We try to keep a standard. But even when the only place available is the Super 8, she climbs all over me as soon as the door shuts.

You obviously haven't been with a woman who works in property management. The first thing I do when I walk into a motel/hotel room is check the mattress for bed bugs! Even high-end places could have them. If you've been through as many seminars as I have on the subject, you know what to look for. Trust me, you don't want to be carrying those things home with you! Our prime time of our swinging and traveling ended in 2004. No bed bug problems existed. Since family life started, we've only ever stayed in the Hyatt brands and the downtown Louisville KY 5 stars.
