The way you flirt. Any patterns?

Is it different the way you flirt with a man depending on:

-You think he could be a good shag for a one night stand.
-You think he could be long term relationship material.
-You think it could be funny to get him honry, though you dont give a hoot about him.

So you deliberately flirt one one or another, following logical patterns depending on the guy you are flirting to?

Or you just flirt like you feel like flirting, regardless of the guy in front of you?
I'll intentionally flirt if there is interest on my part (and turn up on the volume if I'm just looking for a fling).

Interestingly enough, I've had a few friends (and exes) tell me that I'm flirting when I'm definitely not. Apparently, I might be an "unintentional" or "accidental" flirt?! LOL

Its not what I'm saying, but I've had friends tell me its something in my eyes or smile, or even in the way my mouth moves when I talk that makes it seem like there is interest on my part.

If thats the criteria, then I am flirting with men, women, young, and old all the time...

Anyways, I don't see anything wrong with flirting with everyone if its just in the spirit of being friendly/fun. It doesn't have to mean something sexual. And it always seems to brighten the other person's day, so why not?!

I must agree with them. I havent seen your smile, but you definitely have flirtitious eyes.
VERY flirtatious eyes...some people also just speak or behave certain ways. Objectively speaking, Doll, you may just be a more sexual person by nature, and therefore involve certain movements, speech patterns, etc without ever realizing what you're doing. I've know quite a few women like that, and it certainly burns when they give you that shocked look after you just asked them out, as if to say "when did I ever show an interest in you?"
There is always the classic case of a dude just completely misreading signs, but there's not too fina a line between that and a girl who just flirts without realizing.

Its always fun to reel one in for a little bit of fun, lol. Sometimes its just for a little while, sometimes for a night, but when I get approached and I am interested, its fun to send those signals with the eyes and body.

sometimes I flirt just to have fun- I do that everywhere if I am in the right mood. Its fun to tease, to get flirted with and then to flirt back.

Yeah, sounds like me...

To be honest, after it was pointed out by a few female friends (I didn't trust the ex, cause I figured he was just the jealous type)... I have tried to be more 'aware' of what I'm projecting in certain situations.

I'll always be a flirt when I'm in a social situation and have a drink in hand, but its always in an innocent way. If I realize someone else is misinterpreting it for serious interest, I will usually try to curb it or use the "i have a boyfriend" card before it ever gets to the point where awkwardness develops.

In the workplace, it can be more of an issue for me. Luckily a lot of the male dancers/choreographers I have worked with are gay, so it isn't really a problem. But in terms of teaching younger kids, I did have the dad of one of my ballet students suddenly ask me out one day. I was kind of shocked because I really thought I was just being pleasant in conversation during the times we chatted when he picked her up from class. But it kind of made me realize I have to be more aware of what I'm projecting. So now I try to "quiet down my eyes" in certain situations if that makes any sense... lol

But if you're having one of those days where all you can think about is sex, its sooo hard...(eyes being the windows to the soul and all)
It certainly looks like you were having one of 'those' days when you took your Av pic...and by all means, keep having them ;)

Yeah, and the Av pic was taken on an occasion when I'd had professional makeup and false eyelashes. For the ladies out there, if you ever want to look extra-flirty... false eyelashes baby! Works every time...
Flirting is good for mental and physical health ;) But don't inhale it or you'll loose value....
absolutely! it all depends on what you want the end result to be. am i expressing interest? wanting to give a smile? creating sexual tension? or just helping time pass? all give VERY different results...

Say. Her. Name.

Often a little light flirting can just make ordinary social situations just that bit more fun. A nice smile and lots of eye contact can make someone's day a little brighter and is only good manners....
The following are what I employ when I flirt and tips I have learned through reading many an article. enjoy!

1. GET CAUGHT LOOKING
This one is a personal favorite. If I see someone I like, I always make it a point to look his way a couple of times, hoping he catches me in the act. And when he does, I give him an ever-so-sly smile, look at him for a couple of more seconds and look away. This lets him know that I am interested and it's just so much fun to make eye contact in a room full of people.

2. KEEP IT PLAYFUL
If I have worked up the guts to go talk to him, I keep it playful. Flirting has to be fun! Smile, a genuine, warm smile that makes you seem approachable and friendly. Teasing him playfully is also a good way to get him comfortable.

3. COMPLIMENT HIM
Flattery really will get you everywhere. We ladies love our compliments and believe it or not, men do too! So if you think his smile is cute, let him know! If you love the tee he's wearing, let him know!

4. PHYSICAL CONTACT
I always make sure I stand close enough to create a sense of intimacy, yet not so close that he can smell my breath. After we start to get comfortable with each other, subtle physical contact is good. An 'accidental' brush of the shoulder or fingers,

5. EYE CONTACT
There's so much you can say with your eyes! I guess they're not called the windows to the soul for nothing. I look into his eyes like he means the world to me. Smile with your eyes. It'll make him feel that much more connected to you.

6. CONVERSATION
Use his name every now and then while talking to him. It will add that personal touch to the conversation and make him feel more comfortable. Secondly, remember that people love to talk about themselves, so ask him questions When he's talking, listen to him (and I mean really listen!) and respond. Even if you don't know much about the topic at hand, try to say something to keep the conversation flowing. For example, if he's talking about pool and you don't have the slightest clue about the game, let him talk about it and then say something like "Wow! All that makes me wish I knew how to play pool. Maybe you could teach me sometime," and give him your best smile.

7. BODY LANGUAGE
What you're doing with your body is as important as what you're saying. For starters, don't cross your arms. It makes you seem unapproachable and not too open. If you don't know what to do with your hands, play with your hair or jewelry flirtatiously. I recently read that guys find the neck of a woman extremely attractive. So bend your head sideways as if listening intently and expose your neck or move your hair to one side of the neck. And another personal favorite I love is to lean into him ever-so-slightly and speak softly to make sure he's forced to do the same. Another great move men have told me they liked about me is the way I call attention to my mouth.
Licking my lips, putting on lipstick, or eating something slowly is stimulating to men I have had the pleasure of being with. Just watching a woman's mouth makes men hungry for the smell and taste of all of her stimulating and delicious pheromones.

Another move I love to do be it at a club or flirting at work is slowly crossing and uncrossing my legs while gently stroking my thigh. It draws attention to my legs and suggests "look at my body" When sitting with my legs crossed, I will bounce my foot back and forth rhythmically while dangling one shoe off my toe, which I have read signals much more than, "My foot is tired, and I want to go to bed!"
I read that the bare foot is the first step in undressing and implies taking off the rest of my clothes is easy because they are just barely on. Everything can just fall off so easily signaling I am ready to undress at any time now.
Another great move is for me is to adjust my clothing with loosening, opening or exposing movements to call attention to my body. When I get clever, I expose some bare skin in the process especially with my breasts.. This is where the guy accidentally misses his mouth and pours his drink in his lap in a club or dropping his fork at a corporate lunch. while trying "not to look".
Happy Flirting!
