Lots of pre-some communication. Set some guidelines (i.e. is it a one off? Who gets to do what? What are the hard limits? etc.); Make it casual and friendly, not a "Okay, you're here now, let's all fuck!" Make sure you've got some compatibility happening.before you jump each other's bones.
