Hello,

I'm new here. May I ask the views from women on how they feel about crossdressers, transvestites and transexuals (male to female) . At present I am on the long road to becoming a transexual and would like to hear your views.

Many thanks

Dee
My ex wife likes them. Since we have split up her partners have been cross dressing guys (and some women.)
I personally have no negative opinions or thoughts on the subject.
I am a straight woman and I happen to have some cross dressing/transgender friends. I would never be one to judge others or suggest how they go about their lives. Those who judge only do so out of their own insecurities or ignorance and I truly feel sorry for them. Those who can accept who they are and choose to change so they may live comfortably in their own skin are the most open, honest and brave.
Just my opinion on the matter.
I have no problem with them at all. I was raised to accept all people of race, color, and creeds. If someone doesn't like that, it's their loss.

I'm accepting of people who have different lifestyles. I imagine it to be a very hard life in many respects which just engages my empathy. I of course have questions of my own but I harbor no ill feelings.

On a joking side, you get all the perks with out the period, lucky you.
My exe used to love them. They used to order the most extravagant, and sexy duvet covers etc. Paid big bucks
Dee,

First of all, welcome to the site.

Thanks for posting the question. I will be curious to see the responses. I have made so many friends here among the ladies of Lush.

Thanks,
Zina

P.S.
Some of the men are o.k. too.
Welcome to the site Dee.

Although I personally do not have friends who are CD, etc I have always respected all people no matter what lifestyle choices they make. In my opinion, the most important thing is to love yourself and not worry about what others think.

Life is too short not to live it the way you want to!!!

Cheers,

i am curious about the transsexual how it look like and difference with a real women
Everybody's different, and there's nothing wrong with it, except I get seriously pissed when some of them manage to find a great pair of shoes in guy's sizes and I can find the same pair in women's sizes.

In general on this sexuality issue I think everyone should be comfortable with who they are and be able to live their life as long as it doesn't do harm to anyone else and anyone who derides them are bigots.

I don't share the same opinion on peodofiles and rapists.
I have no real opinion on cross-dressers or TV's. I do not find them to be a turn on or turn off but respect them for being who they are. As for TS's, I have been intrigued by them, especially those that are very feminine. It makes for a very hot fantasy.

But as with all people. I respect the person, not who you are or what you are. Besides, who am I to judge anyone or anything!!
Thank you everyone with your comments and support. You have eased my my mind on my long journey to becoming a woman
I think that it must be a very difficult path to walk. I try to be as open minded as possible (despite having been brought up by small minded parents) and whilst I don't have any prejudices towards either, I am curious about it as I don't know any CDs/TVs/TS personally. The only thing I would say is that if a man dressing as a woman (and wanting to go in public dressed as such), to avoid ridicule from small minded people, pay atttention to the little things eg if you get a "five o'clock shadow", make sure you shave closely and learn to use make up to cover the "shadow", learn to use subtle make up rather than the stereo typical blue eyeshadow (and yeah, I have seen guys with both), and learn to use clothes that flatter your figure. Maybe go clothes shopping with a female friend and get her to give you some make up tips? If you just want to do it in private, then go as crazy as you like!

With regards to transexuals, again I dont have a problem with it, I think it would take a bit of time to adjust to someone I knew going from say Michael to Michelle but that's just semantics in a way, just getting used to called them she rather than he etc. I hope that helps a little bit! In summary, I think that a lot of people will have a natural curiosity about it, but a lot more people are more open minded than you think. And those that are rude or nasty about it are not worth wasting your time on. I wish you luck on your journey. xx
