I doubt a good personality is a huge turn on in the height of passion. If I was in love with the guy and he was overweight or had gained weight then as his partner I would but I couldn't say I'd be sexually attracted to him.

I'd fuck any man I cared enough about (as long as it was legal and he was single!). I'm not bothered by looks, personally. For me, it's about a strong relationship, mutual respect, and fun. I don't look at the physical shell of a person the way many seem to. If I like the person, I like what holds them together too. I will admit that it's the smile that turns me on, though.

Before I was ill you could have picked my men out walking down the street just on a vague description of my type.
