It depends on several factors. Have we had good conversations and have several items in common? Is there a feeling of trust? Do we have the same or similar expectations about meeting each other? Are we fairly close to each other? Would I feel comfortable meeting the person in question? If these are yes, then I would be willing.

If we had a good strong connection here and had got to the point of wanting to meet then yes.
The person, place and timing would have to be right. A strong sense of trust established.
I would want to meet for a coffee/drink somewhere. See how the connection is in real life. Maybe have that meeting in close proximity to somewhere more private, should we want to move it to the next level. There is already one who know who he is that i do want to meet in person.
