I love my red patent leather stillettos....and only wear them with stockings or hosiery of some sort.

my other favorite are tan sandal wedges, and they only get worn barefoot

No nylons, I have so many pairs of shoes it is rather absurd but I would say my pointed toe black patented pumps with an ankle strap.

I literally have more than 100 pairs of shoes (and boots). Hard to pick a favorite. And I very rarely wear any from of hose!

When the weather permits, I wear these- they're my newest babies and they rock! Not terrible on my feet either; I try to wear as much open toe as possible, partially to keep foot/toe deformity at a minimum.

I never wear hose, with the exception of fishnet sometimes.
