Doctor-patient makes a great fantasy (something I need to write someday, actually) but best it stays that way. Doctors have lost careers over that. I had a female dermatologist but wasn't that into her and had no reason for her to, um, go that low. I also had a female family doc at one point but that was before I was at the age where rectal exams and such became an issue. I assume she would have had her male practice partner deal with things like that.
