OK I am sorry but beauty is skin deep I don't care about looks I care about the mind to me that is more stimulating.
Society dictate the rules, and not so chubby girls are more appealing (that's how it is), but if girls (and guys) keep away from extremes they will be more than good. Having said that extremely skinny girls are not a nice view, so eat healthy.
I understand the pleasures of food can be hard to fight, but having right weight and even a good set of muscles should be easy - no surgery, no crazy expensive food, no big money required, ... just do it. Healthy taste inexpensive food is easy to find and the human body is much faster gaining muscles than losing them.... So let's "move those butts".
In the end is all about how people feel about themselves - and body it's not even the most important
