Hmmm. I never usually make demands on a woman, especially regarding dress but, if I had the chance it would probably be this:
Outer clothing. Pleated short black skirt, purple blouse and smart black leather jacket.
Shoes: Black leather ankle boots with 6 inch spiked heels.
Lingerie: Sheer black stockings, matching red silk bra and panties (although panties are optional).
Body: Intoxicating perfume.
Hair: Worn up.

For me, a french style knicker is far more sexy than a thong as it really shows the curve of the top of the leg and the hips so I would have to start with that.

I would say any outfit that shows off their best physical assets. If they have nice legs, maybe a nice skirt or dress to show them off. If its a nice ass, a nice pair of jeans is all that you need and is personally one of my favorite looks.
