I would. A crime is a crime and it's the legal way to get the dealt with. Perhaps in a weird alternate reality, I'd get a gun and go all Death Wish on the perp's ass, but that's not really my style.

Seriously, anyone should report all felony crimes. is one of the most heinous crimes there is and should never be tolerated. Unfortunately, our justice system doesn't always deal out serious enough sentences.
