I am currently seeing someone who likes to take me to a dungeon from time to time. I actually prefer the intimacy and the 'real-ness' of a home or hotel, but the dungeon is good for certain things like hard spanking sessions (no need to worry about noise), bondage (there are hooks on the ceiling) and various role-play scenarios. Things not to be shared: toys. We would never use anything other that our own... I would like to in the future try a rental/private Dungeon setting. Wench likes to be flogged and loves to be vocal, (which can't be done with neighbor's these day) "But she like's it officer..." No need to invite trouble.
