My wife just made a calendar as a gift for a friend in iPhoto (it wasn't a *naughty* calendar, though). I don't know if they have any rules about nudity or sexual content, though.
You're certainly going to get better pictures getting them taken professionally. There's sort of a cottage industry springing up for photographers taking pin-up shots of ordinary people to give as gifts. I wouldn't think you'd have any trouble finding one that will do kinky shots too.
