Perhaps it was a temporary glitch when the site was running some maintenance scripts which it does from time to time. Everything appears to be up and running now and no one else has reported anything, so whatever it was seems to have been shortlived.

It happens unfortunately but thats an IT environment for you. There will be problems occasionally. I was here and I believe all was well within 10 minutes or so. I can only apologise once more.
