If you create a chat room you will automatically become the room moderator (with a shield) and you are able to remove others ('Kick').
As the chat room rules very clearly state, you must only 'Kick' a member if they fail to adhere to one or more of the site rules and that includes the Acceptable Use Policy, the general T&C's and the chat room rules.

If we receive a report from a member that has been, in their view kicked from a room for no good reason, or perhaps no reason at all, it will be investigated.
