Laptop: Win 10, Desk top: Win 7 (yes, I know); Chrome; no P/I. It does not show on my Iphone w/ Chrome, but the layout is so truncated, it is hard to judge.

MacOS, Ventura 13.1, Safari Version 16.2 (18614.3.7.1.5), Not sure about private/incog browser. Thank you

Page keeps freezing up.

Running Samsung s23

Hello. Using iPhone. Everytime I open someone’s profile the room freezes. I don’t recognize it until you decide nothing new is posting in room and then reset.

So, I logged into chatroom through one of my mobile devices(TCL/Samsung Internet Browser)

I wonder if users, especially the older ones, are zoomed in/font size is greater which makes their experience difficult?

After this small conversation, I still don't find the chat to be bothersome.

How the site looks on desktop mode through mobile phone(which I don't use at all, unless, necessary but for lush, not needed)

Even though I've been active in room less than an hr but, it warmed up and worked.

I'm sure I am not alone in experiencing two problems with the new site

the first is the disconnects, I find I not longer get the old disconnects, but that the site will just stop and hang with no new posts or alerts, until I close and reconnect - which clears all of the chat, and also any PM chats that were in progress - this seems worse than the old system that reconnected me where I was

the second is a general slowness - if I have a bunch of alerts, rather than being able to whizz through them, I find myself having to wait for the whole site to load each time, it maybe only adds 10 seconds per alert, but it adds up to a slow experience

Why they called it Beta I'll never know,,it should have been called Worse,,cos its crap,,i go to a room and within 2 minutes its back in the bedroom every time i change to a room back to bedroom for no reason... It's crap..

Takes you back into Bedroom instead of Lounge, the soft landing room?

I have reported this for Admin & Dev attention.

How do I look at a profile in a new tab? That was default in old chat, now I lose the chat room completely, and can only get back with the back button. Even tried "open in new tab, but that just creates another copy of the chat tab.

Just click the name or image when the pop-out window opens. It will open automatically in a new tab.

Pretty sure he's using a mobile device - it doesn't work and hasn't for at least 2 weeks.

Holding and clicking on the 'View Profile' link does indeed only open up a new tab copy of the chatrooms.

It would be lovely if the room names were sorted alphabetically.

It needs lots of improvement and the site as well. Both have severe lag times which never was a problem before you started changing things the last couple of months. One thing that could be fix is when you click someones name it show what level they are (gold silver etc). The way to see private chats is a hassle and reduces screen size. Also last few times I have been in it I had to reset my setting each time to turn of the camera too. Its not saving them and it did at first.

PMs are, apparently, fixed.

The new feature of the popup profile window when scrolling the members list bar of the members in the room, is distracting. It hides the portion of the list where the mouse is located and requires moving the mouse away from the list to see the list again. It was more convenient before when one had to click on the name of the person to see the profile window.

Hello, I had to flag numerous underage images today. There was a room labelled mods. This was locked. How can you find a mod quickly without going through all the rooms to find a tiny little badge? Could we not just have a mod button along the top and you get a room opened to speak to them straight away?

Also when I go to report the image it comes up filling the screen. Could there not be a button you press to report which doesn't fill your screen with something you find unacceptable? Why would I want to see it in more detail?

I have been here for years and was really shocked that it took so long to find someone to resolve it. When I did the person was courteous and helpful (Venus18) Mods are rarely the problem.

This is not a moan, just sharing my experience and feelings and offering ideas to move forward.

Reporting: You should be able to just tap the three dots to the right of the post to report it, without the image reappearing.

Mod room: This room is for Moderator & Admin use only, a place for us to discuss any ongoing issues or possibly sensitive information privately as a group, without disturbing the community.

Mod/Admin availability: As we are volunteers, we are not guaranteed to be on site all the time.

However, at the bottom of any Lush page outside of the chatrooms, you will find a "Meet The Team" link. This will take you to a page with all Mods & Admin listed, where you are likely to find a team member which is online. Those that are online will be identified by a green ring around the avatar.
