I assume you're using the latest version of Chrome? Can you try in incognito and/or disabling any extensions you're running?

For at least the last 8 days, although still being active in a chat room, my name has disappeared from the list of active members viewable by those in the room. It has also happened to others.

Despite still being in the Ladies Room and chatting yesterday, my name for others to see, disappeared at least 3 times in quick succession. The only way for other to see my name was to constantly reconnect.

For the past few days, the Chatroom on my header bar always shows (0). Chat itself is its normal melange when opened.

Same here. Unfortunately, it does not seem to result in a big O.

Since 7th August the display in chat rooms on iPads no longer shows rooms, current chat and current members on one screen.
Will this be corrected?

Regardless of either using wifi at 80mbs or 5g at 140mbs, chat recently is reconnecting.

Also when in gallery, finding opening photos to view not working. Keeps coming up with error, try again later. Alot of photos it says I can't like them, then 5 minutes later I can like them.

I logged into the site with my tablet and upon entering the chat / lounge room all i could see was list of rooms , for the chat scrolling screen and members in the lounge wasn't showing up like it usually does .

Its not working and I am not happy !!!

If you press the "room name" at the top of the page in the red banner to open the rooms list and the 👥️ icon in the bottom right to open the members list, that should work. Please confirm?

Tap the "x" in the top right of the "Conversations" line and it will minimise the rooms list, showing you the room which you are seated in. Tap the room name again (as also in the above reply) to open the rooms list again, and select a new room, or another which you are also seated in.

On an iPad or tablet as the display in chat rooms no longer shows rooms available, current chat for room you select and current members in that room on one screen but why, as a paying member, should it be considered acceptable that I am forced to use short cuts to swap screens to show what was currently available 2 days ago. Hardly progress. And certainly not being able to see both the chat and members in the room on one screen, you can miss friend arriving and it looks like you are ignoring them if you don’t day “hi”

It seems as though your IPad is using the compressed version of Chat (for phones).

Could you kindly provide the following; IOS version, Browser name and version, along with your screen size? This will help the development team target the issue.

Well said ,The new layout makes it hard to see old friends and say some thing to the room just by saying it to the one your talk to

My tablet is Fire 10 with IOS 7.3.3.0 ( 11th Gen) and its still doing this evening what it did yesterday when entering the lounge showing Room name and how many are in the rooms , but not displaying both the Chat dialogue Scoll or the Members thats inside the room all on one page / screen as it has even days ago and just want to know whats going on Thanks ?

Fire isn't Apple, it is Amazon,.so doesn't use IOS. It uses Android with a custom launcher created by Amazon. From what I can find online the Fire 10 uses Android 9 which is extremely out of date (the phone I am typing this on is Android 13) which may be part of your problem.

Despite already reporting this. The issue of people’s names disappearing from the list of members in a room despite them still being in the room is still happening. It happened to me personally over 6 times in The Ladies of Lush room in a period of less than 5 mins, today 17th August at around 19:00 GMT.

It was also affecting others in the room at the same time.

oh..back to normal. Not sure if it was a bug that got fixed or if it was something to do with my browser, but using same browser without any changes and working ok.
