Yes, and I have written it into a few of my stories also. The only trouble with TENS is that it does become addictive, some men cannot orgasm without it after a long period of regular use. Also, the amount of stimulation needed to cause excitement continually rises, you become "used" to it and the semsation level drops quickly.
