Actually, there are a lot more styles of men's underwear available now. Me, depending on what the guy is wearing depends on the underwear if any. Jeans, I agree, commando! Especially if the jeans are the Levis 501's. Dress slacks, bikini or thong, no lines show through the slacks. Casual pants other than jeans, I like the boxer brief type. Pants are loose enough they don't gather in the thigh area and when the pants come off, mmmm kind of sexy. Not to tight but tight to hold everything in place unlike regular boxers.
If he was wearing them especially for me - the skimpiest red or black silk with a pouch that held and showed off his cock!
