i do not clean my ass for no one, it isn't healthy to do that, when using enemas etc i do believe they cause more harm than good, it is natural for your body to move faeces by itself, it shouldn't need water etc messing it's routine up.

Actually it's the opposite. There's less chance of bowel infections. It's what the body wants to expel, so you're keeping the drains clear.
