I only remember having one and that was before I'd even had sex. I was 16ish, I hadn't heard of wet dreams. I thought that I had wanked off in my sleep. Consider yourself lucky. It can be rather embarrassing if you're sharing a bed with someone (though she usually sleeps through it the rare times that I have one these days).
Sometimes the partner in the dream throws me off or surprises me, too. I had one about our company's controller not long after I met her for the first time.
