Depending on your backround, culture, religious beliefs etc you may have a very different definition of the word 'Kinky'. I'm interested to hear how people from different cultures and areas of the world differ on this as I'm interested in finding out if the girls differ from the boys. I also wonder if age is a factor. I don't want to influence anyone's answers by laying out my own thoughts on it but I will comment and elaborate about my definition when the question is closed.
To me anything that isn't exactly ordinary or common could be considered kinky. It has a fun/cutesy connotation for me, as if saying 'this is unexpected and exciting'. I consider it a synonym of 'special', but in a sexual context. Of course a lot of what I consider kinky is quite common for me or for others (rimming, cum play, felching, etc), but it's still fun to perceive those things as special and unexpected when they happen.
Some of my kinky practices : cum play, felching, snowballing, awkward sexual positions, oily fuck, anal (not a common practice for me), rimming, numbing my penis with a cream.
I would also label things that I don't practice as being 'kinky', yet they won't be kinks that I personally enjoy. BDSM would be a good example. As I mentionned in other threads, a lot of these practices I don't perform because I'm afraid of them or find them disgusting, but simply because they don't fit my personal preferences. I really have nothing agaisnt any sexual practice, as long as they're not overly disrespectful or harmful.

Whats kinky? Anything that is not vanilla that you have not participated in before. Hell, a blow job can be considered kinky...until it becomes just mainstream sex. I think once the barrier is broken your kink isn't quite so kinky anymore. Right?
Just to echo what Kristind said - It's only kinky the first time.
My own opinion is that if it's beyond mainstream it's kinky. That is, if it's not something that everyday people do on a regular basis. Things that would fall into this category for me would be. Voyeurism, exhibitionism, bdsm, electro shock, golden showers, etc, etc etc. There is a long list but that's my take on it.
