This is so irritating, especially when they aren't paying attention and you notice the rear view mirror is positioned on their face, instead of the rear view. I can feel ya on this one.

In the real world, if someone is overly familiar too quickly - by that I mean getting too personal and into my personal space too soon; like keeping using my name (you know the way that salepersons will keep doing that?) Or if they keep touching me, like stroking my arm or shoulder before I've even got the chance to decide if I'm okay with that. Or if they stand too close to me, making me feel uncomfortable...
On Lush, I hate it if a friend keeps poking me (I know I've said that before elsewhere) but I mean, if I respond to your poke, then you can assume that I will then go ahead and talk to you, so, don't keep poke-poke-poking me - it's really annoying. It also annoys if I don't respond quickly enough for them and they poke me a half dozen more times in the interim - I'm usually set to either 'away', or I'm ghosting - that in itself should tell you that I might not be sitting constantly at my screen and able to chat - real life often interrupts and I shouldn't have to explain that... (more of a pet peeve really, but it would certainly turn me off immediately - oh and add in some txt spk and you've pretty much lost my attention there and then)
