I'm a yoga teacher, so I see the BKR waterbottles a lot. I haven't jumped on that train yet, as I rarely drink water away from home. If I'm travelling, it's always SmartWater. So as of now, I don't own a waterbottle.

A fitness trend I have gotten in on, is yoga. I got on that train with my mom when she started doing it when I was 3 or 4. She got me my own mat when I was that age, and that's pretty much where I lived. That mat was where I ate food, watched tv from, colored, etc. But, the issue with making the mat your home is that I was panicking internally when I my boyfriend asked for nude yoga lessons, without a mat, on top of a mountain a week or so ago. We ended up doing fine. I highly encourage yoga outdoors barefoot without a mat now!

Another fitness trend I do is making smoothies. Smoothies are my main food source. I was formerly anorexic, and still see eating as a chore. I make up excuses to avoid eating. When I can make a huge smoothie with fruits, nuts and veggies and oodles of calories, I have no excuse. I'm also dairy-free. I avoid ingesting fluoride (and I make my own toothpaste). I wash my hair with baking soda, and condition it with a little bit if hemp seed oil. I suppose these are all "trends".

A trend I'd LIKE to get in on is making my own clothing. Purchasing high-quality cotton fabrics, and sewing my own shirts. Knitting my own skirts, hats and socks. The thrifting I've been doing since I was 12 is good, but it's difficult to find durable clothing doing that.
