I don't really go out and party that being said it partly depends on the weather and my mood. I have woren shorts, skirts and dresses before. I think if I were to do such recently I would probably wear a dress.

Even though they allow the same amount of skin... I find the skirt so much more tantalizing.

Short-shorts are adorable, but the short skirt I find infinitely sexier. I hadn't given it a lot of thought, but it occurs to me that while both can show off an incredible amount of leg, there is the hint of seeing more in a skirt that I find tantalizing. For example, one of my stories was inspired simply by a lady getting out of her sports car. I was parked next to her and I got an inadvertent flash that I wouldn't have gotten in short-shorts.

As best as I can recall, every time I've as a guy what I should wear someplace, if they didn't say nothing they said a short skirt. Though personally I love the look and feel of short denim shorts, guys seem to prefer the access a skirt affords them.
From a male perspective definitely short skirt or dress. So many more opportunities to enjoy a quick flash or a quickie.

I feel much more sexy in a skirt or dress than in shorts, although, if between shorts and pants, shorts. But I'm almost always in a skirt or dress unless the environment dictates something else (mowing the yard, etc., then jeans). My legs are my best feature and I relish any opportunity to show them off!

Not into micro dresses or skirts, but generally prefer skirts or dresses (knee-length for business, just above the knee for dates). Something more "feminine" to me being in a skirt or dress. Oh, have to have those heels too. When I wear shorts, I don't wear heels. Usually tennis shoes or something similar. I tend to be a dress-up kind of girl rather than a dress-down girl.
I tend to wear dresses don't seem to find any really short dresses that finish at the top of my thighs I'm 5' 3" I find dress more feminine but do like short skirt have some just don't wear them out not into shorts as shorts are worn by guys too. I do like short dresses & skirt on other girl & women they are attention grabing & sexy but the right dress or skirt for their bodyshape. I don't wear either at work I wear a uniform with trousers.
