Short winter skirts and stockings

I do love when cooler weather gets here because my wife, who loves to wear very short skirts, gets her stockings out to start wearing. She (and me) are partial to thigh stockings. She often wears the ones that fit up towards her crotch so they will go with short skirts. I must admit I have quite a thing for those stockings.

Do you ladies like to wear stockings with skirts/dresses in cooler weather? Do you wear pattern stockings?

Over here they're actually more part of the autumn fashion (September to November). Many young schoolgirls wear them when the classes are starting. The winter months are fucking cold where I live, so women are often more likely to be seen wearing full pants or jeans (or thick leggings, which look more like tight pants). During winter, the weather literally stings your skin if any of it is exposed, so a lot of women avoid skirts/dresses; they can still wear them for work or when going out, but it's really not realistic to wear them when they have to stay outside for a longer period of time.

And yes, I absolutely love that look. I especially love the thicker ones that stop just below the skirt (as shown in the first picture); the little exposed skin is so gorgeously erotic. And I love them as part of lingerie too; they might be my favorite piece of lingerie actually:

If you compare the two, your temperature in January is comparable to our early October (5-15°C). So yeah, what the women are wearing during the winter where you live is likely similar to what they're wearing in early fall over here. Haha!

On New Years eve it was pretty cold in Atlanta, but I wore a white blouse opened to my waist, a mid thigh black leather skirt, black patterned thigh high stay up stockings, short black boots and a very big smile!!

I love knit stockings or opaque thigh-high tights with skirts. Especially with long boots. I'm not into the patterned ones though.

In winter? Do her thighs not get cold? Lol. I like high boots and nylons but I couldn't be walking around with bare flesh that felt like I've just been touched up by a white walker. Ha

Winters here are not consistent. We'll have up to 2 warm weeks at a time, then have an arctic blast, get iced, then a few days later it's almost like summer. But on average our winters are mild temperature wise.

It only snows like every three or four years.

when i wear a short skirt in the colder weather, i always team them with knitted or thick opaque tights
im not brave enough or stupid enough to go bare legged x

I love this look - something about thigh-highs, even if opaque, drives me a little nutty. Especially with long boots.

I went to University in Saskatchewan for two years.

I was amazed at the number of hot blonde girls that came to class wearing tiny mini skirts and uggs when the temperature was -30 below zero Celsius. Stocking weren't very relevant though. Tights were pretty common though which I appreciated.

i am not a fan of stockings at all. however, i love patterned tights! they add a bit of flare and uniqueness to your outfit. i recently started pairing brown small holed fishnets with tall boots or booties. it's one of my favorite things to wear in autumn.

Short skirts and stockings are just awesome
