Not a slap...a punch...in the right side of my face. I was trying to prevent her from fighting with another student and told her to back away...instead she hit me. A male teacher came to my aid and picked her up and carried her to the office.

I was not expecting the punch or I would have blocked it. I was just stunned that she actually hit me!

At least another week of medical care...I am working, but with restrictions.
