Not heard of this UK comedienne before, but apparently her dvd is the best selling on Amazon of all time (according to an unreliable source!). She is certainly very popular- a "New Wave" alternative humour person. Maybe I'm too old to appreciate her, but she seems a bit obvious to me.

In some of her sketches she comes across as a pale imitation of the Little Britain council house 15 year old girl character - the "yeah but, no but" one. Still, she must be very popular in England if she can get those famous people on board.

There are national local council elections and Tony Blair stands down as Prime Minister very soon --- I know I seem cynical but it was for Political purposes

My guess is the the Conservatives will win the next General Election ... but the Labour Party favours Brown to follow Tony Blair
