This is a short film by sylvain chomet and it is really good. I couldn't find any with subtitles but you don't really need them for most of the film.
Here is an english translation though:
Interviewer : What is your name? Dont look at your parents. Look at the camera! What is your name?
Little boy: Jean Claude
Interviewer: Well Jean Claude, how did your parents meet each other?
Little boy: In jail.
Interviewer: In jail? How? Ok, tell us their story.
Little boy: Well, my daddy was sad because he had no wife and every morning he was all alone in his house.

Man in Jail: Hey let me get out! Don't leave me with these two! Don't be mean! I wanna change cell, send me to another prison! Hey help me! I wanna get out! You are mean!
