Death of a Motherboard

So, just over a week ago I took my laptop in because it started acting crazy giving me the blue screen of death & a memory dump. The diagnosis was a dying motherboard. The tech gave it between 1 day to 1 year. It lasted 2 days. It's very frustrating when this happens and all I can say is if a tech tells you your motherboard is done for... trust them. I have a new laptop and I'll be back to normal in no time.

Just curious ... did that new one come with Windows 10 or 8?

Windows 7. This is what happens when you buy your computer through the very nice gentlemen who tried their best to fix my old one. They also cleaned the crap off the new one. I gave them my old laptop for parts.
