Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is a traditional folk remedy that has been used throughout history. Multiple studies have shown apple cider vinegar's ability to support digestion, weight loss, healthy blood sugar levels, and much more. It’s best to take apple cider vinegar pills before meals, especially if you want to take advantage of its benefit on satiety. For instance, if you are fasting, it would be best to take these while in your fasted state.
It has lots of benefits including kills harmful bacteria, lower blood sugar levels, assist with weight loss, boost heart health and skin benefits.
When I remember, I take a spoonful of the organic AVC before bed, either neat (try and avoid your teeth as it can damage the enamel), or in a little warm water. It has enormous health benefits as you say.

And in the mornings, before anything else, I squeeze half a lemon into some warm water and sip that until it's gone. It too has multiple health benefits: https://www.healthline.com/health/food-nutrition/benefits-of-lemon-water

A good friend of mine swore this daily dose of organic cider vinegar was heath changing,i`m not sure if he still uses it after his quadruple heart bypass op.

I take about 2 ozs of organic/ unfiltered ACV w/V8 juice. I’ve taken it daily for several years now, but see none of the health benefits people claim. The bottles I have left will likely be my last that I drink. I am a diabetic and it has not ever enabled me to lower my blood glucose levels.

It works great as a hair rinse also

Good to know, thanks!

My surgeon has me putting Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with water on my wound. He said he recommends nothing else.

Kindness is contagious. Spread it! ❤️
