Thank you for your care and useful information! It is really very important to be careful with our bodies... Especially, in a period like this with Covid-19 when our immune system must be in the best form. I had all my life used food supplements and vitamins for a better immune system. I have never suffered from some serious diseases. I have used supplements from different brands but I stopped at https://l because they fit my body the best. You can also check their site for more information.
You have to be careful with Vit D too, too much can lead to gastro-intestinal problems. Everything in moderation.
Regarding Covid, the evidence I’ve seen is that vitamin D is vital. Honestly, I think everyone should get it checked, and if low then get those levels up! Zinc is sort of the same, but less vital—important to take extra Zinc if you GET Covid. C, E, A none of those have been shown to be helpful with this mystery flu.
PS
I’ve had low D and low Iron. Both feel wretched. Bith are very common, easy to test and easy to treat. Take care.

I've been making changes to my diet this year due to my hormonal problems playing havoc with my body. Small changes I find the easiest, and it seems so simple when you break it down, but I've read articles and books about eating a rainbow of fruit and veggies, as the different colours have different impacts on the body. And it really is that simple. I'm discovering new fruits and vegetables, as well as different ways to prepare and cook them, and it's exciting. I go meatless 2 days per week as well. I feel like an effing moron, really because it's like "dur, what have you been doing all this time?" But variety is key when it comes to fresh produce.
I don't believe one can 'boost' the immune system. It is what it is. We can fuck it up big time through fast food, junk food, sugar, tobacco, drugs, alcohol, etc. If one eats good food (and it doesn't take a PhD to know what good food is) then there is no need for supplements, potions, pills, or powders. Get exercise and sunshine, and a good blowjob now and then. I'm 63. I ran 10 miles today in the sun. I take no pills, except an occasional aspirin. My immune system is strong because I take care of me the way I should. Vitamin D comes from the sun, Vitamin C from oranges, and zinc comes from nuts. None of it should come from a bottle.
