Here's one to try;
Row 1km as fast as possible then straight into 100 body squats as fast as possible
5 min rest
Row 500m as fast as possible then 50 body squats as fast as possible
3 min rest
Row 300m as fast as possible then 30 body squats as fast as possible.
Row is on a rowing machine and a body squat is a squat with no weights. Make the squat deep and keep your chest up and back straight. Drop it like it's hot lol
