say, Sunday. Once all the names are collected, said designated person will pull names for each member and email their picked name. Everything secret ??? Though, designated person will miss out 
I am not sure how to include designated person. We cannot exchange gifts, so I was thinking maybe email. You can be creative, write a poem or little story, quotes, lyrics or maybe even a friend request. Once you have created your email for picked member, send it through to designated person. Christmas morning, emails are forwarded on by designated person
