Eat healthy and plenty of exercise and sex. If you cant have sex then plenty of healty masturbating. Smoking is the one thing I cant kick, so dont smoke, goes without saying.

I prefer being outside rather than cooped up in a gym. Depending on the weather, I:

- swim
- jog
- cycle
- take long brisk walks
- sexercise

How do you keep in shape?

When because of your location you can exercise (well with the exception of sexercise) outside all year round is really great and easy to establish a working routine.

Gym is not for everyone, part of summer (NY) can be too hot and part of the winter way too cold. To keep on changing routine it's hard.... but it can give you excellent excuses. Haa!

Life is simple; we are what we eat and what we read. Talk is superfluous.
Swimming, biking, I'd like to say sex, but frankly being single at my age, I don't get enough to make it a major part of my fitness regimen! LOL

But ... It's having plenty of sex that keeps you young !
Running, gym and an active life at home. My next big run is Oct 21.....Half Marathon.
Belly dancing once a week or more before a show and running once or twice a week
Biking in the summer; treadmill or stationary bike the rest of the year. Prefer the treadmill but have a foot problem that's making it uncomfortable to use. Try to walk and bike places when I can. Diet-wise, eased off on the high glycemic index foods a year or two back due to borderline diabetes and that seems to have helped other areas as well.
I cycle most days do about 130 miles a week and i luv it cant beat a good ride (lol)

Wish I could do it year-round but in the part of Canada where I live cold and snow tend to limit cycling to the May-September period at best. Sometimes you can start in April and go to October if you have good cold tolerance or the weather's a bit whacked out. Once when I was in high school I actually had my bike out during our March school break (2nd week in March), but it snowed again after that.
I use to workout twice a day, but now I walk 9 holes of golf and watch what I eat. I also drink wine and beer. I think that really helps. When I am having sex and have time I fuck hard and long with passionate kissing and ass grabbing fun.
i drink lots of orange juice. smile
Swim twice a week, at least 800m a time and walk rather than drive!
The tummy still shows flab though.. at least the rest is not!
work ouy every other day, each week change workout, on a three week change, add cadio evey fourht day with workout, never work out for more than an hour and a half, wasting time already maxed out muscles.
Carrots and hopping ... Lots of hopping. !-)
my right arm gets a lot of exercise lifting my beer to my mouth
No processed meats. Exercise regularly, 75 push-ups and 30 minute fast walk. Quit the sit-ups; bad for the back. Keep weight in check.
Gym 4 times a week, cardio, back, arms and chest, legs and abs. I also like a swim after each training session.
I get out of bed every day and walk about. Things get a bit heavy when I play guitar but that's it - exercise can be dangerous - most athletes seem to kick it quite young - like the guy who invented jogging. I eat and drink whatever and as much as I fancy including the odd fried meal - though not a lot and I remain the same weight as I was when I was 16 (9st 6lbs).
Wish it was exciting, but usually just hit the gym.

I have fantasized about spicing it up though.

I work a 2 or 3 days on, one day off, 2 or 3 days on, then two days off... rotating schedule. I rotate strength and endurance exercises and try to keep my muscles confused. I add cardio into the mix every few days as an addition, not a day of its own. And then sometimes I take a week or so off for complete recovery, and usually once a year I take a whole month off. I also walk every day, and I tend to walk fast and that is not part of my routine... just something I do to do it.
I Cycle Most Days Do About 120 Miles A Week ! I luv It Keeps Me In Trim
Sex, green tea and meditation
10 hrs of sleep a day
1 hour of sex
1 hour of cardio
1 glass of wine

Not nearly as much as I should.
Gym 3 - 5 times a week, mainly cardio work and crunches
Rotate muscle work to stop repetition and keep muscles guessing
An hour of jogging 4 days a week, if the weather is terrible then maybe only 20 - 30mins

Thats my usual routine

Im sure having very regular sex helps aswell :P
i run regularly to stay fit, occasionally a volley ball match.when i visit my home,i go for treadmill...when i meet my girl, usually once in a month,we stay in the sheets all the time except for attending emergency patients
Cycling, cycling and a bit more cycling! With some rowing in between, I find that's a really abs work out.
Cycling, Tennis, hittin the gym, and sucking my boyfriend Jim...........
I've always stayed active by enjoying some of my favourite activities like skiing, hiking, biking, swimming and yoga. I've also been a huge fan of adventure racing (Eco Challenge, Tough Mudder etc.) and am in total awe of the athletes that compete in them. This past November, I decided it was time to kick it up a notch and step outside my comfort zone and what better way than to sign up to participate in an adventure race this summer? I hired a personal trainer, who for 3 days a week, focuses on weight/strength training and basically KICKS MY ASS! On the off days I see him, I work on my cardio be it at the gym or on my own at home. Every inch of my body is aching these days but I'm committed to the process and am loving every single moment!
The one activity I do is ride my bike or skateboard.
