I have been a fitness buff since I can remember and spend as much time as possible in the gym, at least 3-4 days a week. However, I find that the best thing I can do for myself is just working out around the house all the time. I am sure my neighbors think I am crazy when they see me doing deep lunges as I walk to the mailbox but the husbands dont seem to mind when I am out by the pool! Just keep active, move around more and fuck as often as possible!
Have sex, dance, have sex, horse ride, have sex, play a little squash/tennis, and have some more SEX!!
Run Half Marathons, hike, swim, weights.
Eating healthy for one (still room for improvement, considering dropping red meats for a month to see how it works).
HIT. My knees are terrible. Genetics/Soccer Injuries/Dislocations. Only running I can is interval sprints. I miss being able sprint full on for 200 meters. My cardio level is nothing like it used to be, and I'm 23.
Swimming: God send for bad knees.
Biking: See above. Love the fresh air, sun, and a good playlist.
Weightlifting: 3 times a week. Only thing I can seem to do is add strength. I think my body allergic to actual muscle size increases.
I wish I could some martial arts. Just don't think I have the strength/balance/flexibility in my lower body to do it very well.
Run 3-4 miles 5 days per week and swim when I can. I ride my bike whenever I can and I love to go hiking. I just try to move everyday for a least an hour.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I do cross training with weights.
Tuesday (twice on Tuesday: 5:30am class and then again at 8pm and Thursday I do Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/MMA.
Saturday I try to run 5-10 miles.
Sunday I rest.
I run 4 miles Monday - Saturday.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do Insanity(a cardio workout)
Tuesday I do either an arms and shoulders and Thursday I do chest and legs(both from P90X)
When I was in the service the standard Marine Corps PT(physical training) every morning. Worked for 23 years of service life! Maintained it for 10 years after retiring, however I have become very ... ah ... sedate(yeah that's the term) lately!
3 mile run, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, and mountain climbers!
It always amazed me about all the new excercise programs for sale. Try any of the standard military exercise programs and do them correctly and you will be fit!
I'm always outdoors doing something physical. I guess staying fit comes natural to a gal like me.
Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kong, Walking, Swimming, and Being the main bass voice in a good sized chorus (great for cardio-vascular system and abdomen).
Walk, can't jog as it jars my back, but fast walk 5 to 8 kilometres, and play a lot of tennis. I like being outside.
5 days a week cardio 45 min interval training, 3 times weight lifting plus lots of sex and clean diet...
I love running/walking, biking, swimming and doing yoga! Being outside is a great way to stay focused and out of the house where the "snacks" are. Have fun with eating but know its all about proportions.
I ride my bikes - both on the road and on the trails - several times a week. I usually do a few crunches/planks/etc after riding.
Weight lifting, mostly. And nutrition, which is just as important.
Sometimes I bike or run, but now that I'm bulking it's counter-productive.
I usually go to the gym at least 5 times a week, and when I get stressed ill go for a run, I prefer it, just me Alone on the road it gives me time to think about my life. It also keeps me fit, doesn't mean I don't enjoy eating unhealthy though but in moderation
Jogging, elliptical, cycling...and sex of course!
I find playing football (soccer if you're America) a great way to keep healthy, jogging, swimming and yoga are also part of my fitness routine.
Running, Jogging, Sailing, Surfing (Whoo, beach bum), Cycling, etc
The Almighty Space Potato
Gymnastics, skateboarding, biking and walking.
