Crossfit rules!

Very eclectic set of answers...

I lift, run, cycle, climb and will play any pickup sport possible
I run a working cattle ranch, staying fit is all in a days work!
traditional martial arts: Tae Kwon Do, Nintaijutsu, Bushido
sit ups and push ups while reading LUSH
Besides walking regularly and doing stretching and toning exercises, one of the best ways to burn off calories and stay in shape is to fuck. So, I love to fuck...a LOT!...smile
Every other day I wake up at around 5-5:30 and go for a jog while watching the sunrise. It keeps me active and I get to see an amazing sunrise.

In the days between I ride my bike to work vs carpool or the bus.

Along with that I try to get to the beach every weekend in the evenings and walk down the shore. It's extremely relaxing and you can usually get one or two miles before you know it.

I hate being stuck in a gym, and stink at all that machinery anyway. Plus my ways don't require me to pay for a membership smile
B: I'm a runner. Every morning I get up early and do a couple miles. Then shower and either get ready for work or go to Sir's to make his breakfast.
in the winter I play hockey, indoor softball, and use the elliptical. In the summer, all about being outdoors! I play hardball a couple nights a week, plus occasionally play hockey or go to outdoor airsoft.
30 minutes of cardio at least 4 days per week;
resistance training for 20 minutes 4 days per week;
abs and stretching at the end of each workout;
tennis or racquetball every chance I get, but usually can only fit in a couple times per week;
a glass of red wine every night
Walk, bike, various exercises.

I run at least 3 miles a day. I go to the gym and do cardio 3 times a week, strength training 2 times a week, and recently started T25.
Run, squats, ab exercises, and occasionally, bikram yoga.
I keep busy - DIY is a good way to exercise all sorts of muscles, I run up and down stairs ( and occasionally miss the bottom step!, walk briskly wherever I can, and go out and cycle when the weather is nice. At 66 moderation is the best policy, however.
Yoga, climb mountains, lift weights, kill my abs, pikates, ski, surf, hike, swim...love it all. Used to run, but that makes one look old and sag.
I do Pilates, go to the gym regularly for cardio, but by far my favourite way to exercise is pole fitness. Classes once a week and I practice on my pole at home, amazing work out.
Uphill Gardening
My Karma just ran over your Dogma
My job keeps me active but I will walk 8 km 5 times a week.
I walk my two dogs at least twice a day and resistance training 3-4 times/week.
By dancing, a lot ,I never get tired of it. And sometimes I dance even more!
Run.

I absolutely love to run. I can run from here to Mexico if I had to. There's nothing like a good 5K run. I feel better then when I started and sometimes I'm actually aroused when I'm done. I wonder why? Swimming and gymnastics too, sprinkles of yoga here and there.
Yoga (yes, blame my father), brisk walks, tennis and gardening.
Weights and light cardio on a four day schedule. I think the key is to make sure I am burning more calories if I eat too much. Eating right is the key IMO.
Running and fucking
Swimming, weights, biking
Lifting heavy objects and mountain biking.
