I'm a swimmer, but other than that I don't really do much except make sure I eat right! I probably do eat too much, but it's the right stuff;lots of veggies, wholemeal grains and stuff like that. My So is diabetic, so we have to eat right!
Fitness is a big part of my life. As I get older my routine is changing. I'm still lifting but not as heavy. Where I use to jog, I now walk. The key is to keep doing a regular routine. Get your heart rate up. Like many in our aging society, I am fighting a form of rheumatoid arthritis. Ankelosing spondylitis. Every day is a struggle.
Lots of walking (some steep hills around my home adds to the cardio), plus have an elliptical machine too.
Staying fit... outside exercise is the best for me. I love swimming, scuba diving and snorkeling. Walking on the beach, playing beach volley ball. Swimming is what I do the most and seems to keep me in pretty good shape. We must not forget dancing! I go to the club about 3 times a week to dance. And of course SEX! You do burn a lot of calories and muscle stretching if you are doing it right!
Eating right helps a lot too. Keeping your body clean inside and out adds a lot. Drinking a lot of fluids helps flush your body. Your body naturally separates the good from the bad, so drink fluids to flush your system.
I'm not saying to have to eat super healthy (you should) but even just cutting back on certain foods is a big help. Breads... "carbs". Remember, breads add to the waist and pelvic area faster than other foods. It has to do with the type carbs and break down of the food. Carbs also add fatty deposits inside around some of your organs. That is why high carbs will add inches to the waist and pelvic region more quickly than other foods. When I am referring to carbs, I do mean the bad carbs. Not all carbs are bad.
I like to dance and I play tennis and golf.
Lift weights and ride bike
I do loads of sports, football, hockey, running, cycling, mountain biking gymnastics loads love them all and thet are all good for keeping me fit. Ok i am naturally skinny . sort and skinny so the sport si do helps a lot. Does it help me mmmmmm gives me a load of stamina and i can maintain positions most of my mates would not dreams of. I am very agile and supple and i have a party trick which other girls may long to do, cant really tell you but lets just on the tip of my tongue lol lol lol mmmmm xx The thing then is to find a guy who can keep up, if not piss them off lol xxxxxxxxxxx
Obvious innit.
As often as I can.
I am both into outdoors and indoors fitness. At least an hour a day hard gym time in either my home gym or LA Fitness. I live on the beach so I prefer to jog on waters edge verses treadmill. I have been an avid surfer for well over twenty years. I play tennis and basketball also. I know this from experience that if men lower their body fat index their hormones with balance an low T is not an issue. It is hard work to get fit and difficult to stay fit, but it pays huge dividends in your life and sexual health. So guys, drop the chips and go for a walk, or better yet a jog.
eat healthy and i walk a lot,i mean in lots.....and yes drink lots of water
Gym 5 days a week, a lot of bicycling in the summer, spring, fall.
I run and walk every day, eat in moderation and do yoga when I can muster up the motivation (not often enough)

I work our 2-3 days a week. Weights 2 days a week, cardio 1 day, marathon training 3 days a week. I also play tennis every chance I get, have been playing since I was 8 years old. I don't think I look bad for a 52 year old man, often get mistaken for my 30's. Smile!
Go for a long, nude run when it's snowing aaaannd cigarettes
The devil's going to make me a free woman. The devil's going to set me free. Dead bodies everywhere...

I Cycle most days and do about 100 miles a week its great exercise ( Ring My Bell )
I walk and/or run most everywhere and I've started a strength training program at the gym 2-3 times per week.
I think about exercising ....
I go to the gym roughly 3 times a week, started running to it instead of treadmill there. And then try to do ab exercises at home on the days I don't go.
