Run, lift weights, climb, cycle, hike and pick-up sport. So really, anything active!
Running every day, 30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the evening. I also use the stationary cycle sometimes while watching T.V and Yoga occasionally.
I run before getting ready for work in the early a.m. I work out with weights, cycle, do lots of sit-ups/stomach crunches and swim whenever possible.
Work hard every day!! Even on days off i still have to work hard

3: same except for tri and shoulder

Wanting to gain muscle. Harder than you think since I am one of those guys that loses weight if he doesn't workout. I know ladies, you hate me.
I walk, I don't run/jog as I get shin splints and being very busty doesn't make running comfortable at all
Mostly walk. once a week the gym.
I alternate between resistance training 3 times a week and cardio twice weekly. Weekends are both rest and fun days.

I am both into outdoors and indoors fitness. At least an hour a day hard gym time in either my home gym or LA Fitness. I live on the beach so I prefer to jog on waters edge verses treadmill. I have been an avid surfer for well over twenty years. I play tennis and basketball also. I know this from experience that if men lower their body fat index their hormones will balance and low T is not an issue. It is hard work to get fit and difficult to stay fit, but it pays huge dividends in your life and sexual health. So guys, drop the chips and go for a walk, or better yet a jog.
Stopped eating snicker bars and doughnuts ...
(oh ya and run)
I don't have a car so I walk.. on campus, to work, the market, just about everywhere. I'll bike if I need to go someone further than a couple of miles. I can't run on pavement any longer but I'll run on the treadmill a few times a week.
Well I have lots of sex plus I swim 2 miles every day in the ocean , I surf every chance I get,go hiking and run,and lift weights.I don't drink or smoke so that helps
i do crossfit and run. 4-5 days a week.
I ride , swim and sometimes run
i dont eat candy and junk food... and i workout
Well, as a woman approaching 40 it takes a lot of work if you're serious and love pizza too. I run at least 2 miles a day and go to gym (Golds) 3 times a week and lift. The attention from the guys is great and I have plenty of spotters, they're especially helpful on leg day. I also play Basketball as often as I can. Very few carbs and no fried food. I totally gave up rice, which is tough for a Korean, but still eat Kimchee. I WILL remain a size 2 or 4 as long as possible.
I used to run every day, before I blew my knee out. In summer, I swim a lot, and when my knee heals up, I'll start hiking the hills around here again. It's driving me crazy not being able to stay active like I used to.
I do nothing but eat good healthy food, drink as much water as possible and swim or play tennis four days a week..... And lots of sex.... mind boggling sex lol :P
lots of walking plus I've cut back on the grog, lol
My job keeps me in good shape. Otherwise, just eating reasonably healthy.
I lift weights 4 times a week, I run, ,ride horses and of course I eat healthy
Cross Fit, some free weights, running and biking.
