When the weather permits I swim every morning, when I can't swing I walk outside when possible or the treadmill when raining. But the best exercise of all is the daily vigorously sex.

I find that staying in a general state of outrage keeps my metabolism up. If I need to drop a few pounds, I add some fury as a kick-start.
Generally stay active when I can, but also don't make a big deal about those efforts. Winter tends to be a time of rain and hibernation. I hate gyms, so I get a lot less exercise. I go for walks, I do yoga, I generally do a lot of stretching to stay flexible.
Currently; Work. I average about four hours of manual labor a day in a seven day workweek. Also some time walking through stores collecting materials. Slowly getting that average back up as I had knee surgery last October. During coffee brew time in the morning I do some leg stretching and strengthening exercises. Wondering if I will be able to run or jog again. The knee is healing slowly and at age 64 the time to recover that level of fitness may see everything else fall a[art first.
Swimming and hiking are my favorites, but when I actually take my ass to the gym, I usually spin or jog. Morning sex, yoga, or weight lifting pretty much guarantee I will feel fantastic all day.
I workout 5 days a week. Walk, bike and eat well
I ride my bike,I get up early in the morning and take my dog for a run,I dont eat a lot of red meat,I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits, I dont drink any soda,I go hiking a lot ,the list goes on

We are lucky we had just created a gym at home a few months before the pandemic hit so I train 5 days a week doing a variety of different exercises from cardio using a spinning bike, through to a full weights workout. My wife trains slightly less but if depends on how her shifts fall.
