What do you do to stay fit?

Definately not as much as i should..... but the dogs do get walked an hour a day between them

I cycle most days and do about 120 miles a week keeps me in trim !
I lift weights three times a week with minimal rest in between sets, that way my heart rate stays right up.
Love my Yoga. it is a daily ritual for me
also love walking the dog along the beach i live by.
For me my job (fire fighter) requires me to stay in shape in order to perform my best. I do P90X. I also work out with heavy weights in my garage. My garage is set up like a gym. I watch everything that i intake. I also like going to the local state park that is near my house and run at least 5 miles every time it is not raining.
i took up to jogging since 2 months,i also take care of my nutrition.pretty busy to stick to routine,however makes time for my fitness,any part of the day
running, playing tennis, weights, and as much sex as possible;)
Zumba! I love to dance and shake it.
A mix of spinning,swimming,running and kettle bells and weight training once a week. I am a bit of a gym nut.
I do cardio every morning & weights 3x a week. I also play softball
i jog 5-6Km almost every day outside rain or shine... and these days snow. I also started kickboxing and heavy bag boxing and am loving it.

I lift weights at the gym..do a lot of treadmill running..
I run 1.5 miles 6 mornings a week, Zumba class 2-3 times a week, yoga once a week.
I go to the gym 5 mornings a week. 1 hour of weights and 1/2 an hour of cardio between biking and treadmill.
I try to watch what I eat and drink, but I do like beer and bacon! Tough love!!

Rowing intervals - try the following

First 2 mins - pace is 2:05/500m
Next 2 mins - pace is 1:57/500m
Next 2 mins - pace is 1:50/500m
Repeat cycle 4 times. Resistance should be between 3 and 4 (said to be actual water resistance)

Then 2 mins rest do 30sec rows with 30sec rest at 10 resistance. 10 reps of that
zumba/latin heat four times a week... random cardio twice a week.. plus weights... also toss in a few extra pilates classes

More importantly, eating right.
