I use to love gaming. Then one random day, I woke up with an extreme hatred for games. So much, I would throw a kegger, if they were outlawed.
All well and good, but you didn't state your reasoning behind your newfound hatred.

Here I was thinking I was the only person with intelligent things to say on the internet.
I was a Legend of Zelda freak in my tender youth. Now, my boyfriend has a state of the art gaming room downstairs, and I just watch the guys play.
I have no idea, where this new found LOATHING HATRED of video games has come from. Nor do I give a fuck. If you like that shit, block me, delete me, do NOT friend me. This hatred grows each day. It consumes me, and makes me happy. Any love I had for you, is now dead. This HATRED fuels me, feeds me. I love having this hatred. If this gets me a perma ban, I do not care.
Okey dokey. Would you care for a xanax?

I still play Mario Kart and Mario Galaxy and tennis/baseball/bowling on my ancient Nintendo Wii. I doubt that even qualifies me as a gamer. But I LOVE that platform.
I played the first 2 Quakes on PC. I might give Quake 3 a go.
I played games a lot on my family Commodore 64 back in my high school and university days but I kind of gave it up. Games back then were too solitary and playing games was a social thing for me so I preferred card games, board games, and tabletop RPGs. I have tried out Civilization and some other games that kind of caught my fantasy but time is scarce and I have other things I like to do. Don't hate them, just don't have time for them.
