Well, as a woman you already have the advantage of knowing what the signs are. Just follow your instincts. What are some of the things you do to show you're interested in someone? Look for these things in other women.

I have been strugling with the same thing! Trying to meet other bisexual women is difficult in my area and that is why i joined lush. I'm bisexual so if you want to chat we can. I doubt that we will be able to meet in person but chat is good! ?
