can someone help with animated avatar sizes?

I resized mine a lot to keep it animated. I forgot how best the max pixels and the size should be for optimum results.

I tried finding the post and I couldn't. Thanks for any help!

I thought it was 100 x 100 but if I do it's too many pixels and it doesn't animate anymore.
