Hello Helpers

I have been having problems logging into Lush today. I was only able to log in by creating a new Profile.
I get a error saying "Invalid User Name or Password"
I have some other friends that are having problems too.
I know I am not supposed to do this, but I was trying to find a way to long in, and will delete it as soon as I can log into my regular account.
I do not see anything in the Forums about this. Maybe it can be looked at.

I got the same thing, said I was invalid sad, I just said I had forgotten my password and then got an email to re-jig it, did that and it's been fine since then x

What do I do if my account is changed, but they no longer have the originating email address? Can you reset the account for me? I created this similar, but hopefully temporary account for now.

I've had a hell of a time of it over past few days with this login issue. I've started this new account so I'll probably just stick with this for the time being. It saves a lot of bother in the long run.
