Can't message or get detailed profiles

I just became a paid member and was hoping to make some more friends. However, I can't get detailed profiles for most users. I want to know something about the person before interacting. Thanks.

Hello. I have just checked your account and from what I can see all is well. You have mailbox messages and you can visit the Home page and see matches/activity etc. Can you please provide more specific details?

When clicking or hovering over users icon on thread, you'll get the above message at the bottom center of your screen.

Message you receive when visiting said users account that has you blocked.

I'm not talking about someone blocking me. Sometimes I can't even read the profiles of people I've never had any communication with.

I think I figured it out. If there is an LS logo, I can view the profile, if not, I can't. I thought I would be able to see all profiles.
