The fastest way to get tech support is to use the Help >> Contact Us link, it goes straight to Gav for Tech issues.

Sorry for the inconvenience. There were over 100 people in the chat rooms a short while ago. In theory, they should be able to handle thousands, so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I get the error trying to access any room right now, so its not just you.
